"More attention to detail, especially the bathroom"

The front door leading up the stairs was not clean the stairs was very dirty but inside of the apartment was clean other than the bathroom. The shower was disgusting. Spent two nights there could not have a shower after being out all day doing different activity that was not nice

Close to shops

No handle on door of bathroom, bedding was dirty and had hairs on, floor dirty wig rubbish under sofa, tea smelt weird.

Location

Awful accommodation. The tv remote didn’t work, the wall clock was broken, no tea towel to wash up and the knife and forks were covered with fat. The towels were smelly and a real concern was no internal door handle on the toilet/shower room. If you were shut in then you could not get out!
