Flat 3 in this property should be withdrawn immediately. The smoke detectors were broken. One fire alarm bagged off. One very old and dirty hot plate and one has to question when rooms in this property were last subject to electrical safety and fire risk assessment. In my opinion the local authorities should be informed if Flat 3 is representative of the remainder of the building. I would like to know what action you will be taking before I consider contacting the local authorities myself. my property got left behind as I was rushed in the morning to leave and when I tried to get in contact with the guy who owned the building there was no response

The place looks more like a crack house. There was rubbish everywhere at the entrance, dirt all over the flat. There was mould in the bathroom, the floor was missing or coming up in places, spider webs, scuffs on almost all the walls

There was no heating no hot water the toilet leaked and no working tv the place looked like it was getting refurbished but not completed we left the following day after check in and boy got a partial refund would never stay there again

Nothing to like, it was filthy , with rodent droppings and human hair and discarded food packaging on the floor, mouldy bathroom, bins not emptied, and it stank of damp. Absolutely revolting. We left and booked elsewhere. I have messaged the owner for a refund but not had a reply

This property is a disgrace. The boiler was broken, there was no hot water bar the electric shower, which needed a new hose (approx £4), and no heating. The TV was broken and even if it wasn't, the remote control had only one battery when two were needed. The bedding was so cheap and nasty, it was hard to know if it was clean, we slept fully clothed on top of our other clothes! We expected basic, this was just nasty and you didn't want to touch anything especially when you discovered the toilet or shower, or both leaked over the floor.
