2 Bedroom Apartment in a Supurb Area of Cardiff

the owners took a £50 deposit to make sure the property was clean and they agreed to send £35 back but have ignored me and kept the money. the whole of the property smelled of damp, there is mould in every room and the place is extremely damaged with lights hanging from the ceiling. i wouldn’t stay here again and it was extremely overpriced

Not clean electrical wiring was very dangerous ,no fire alarm dirty toilet dirty towel

,no proper handle for door no lock for toilets

Clean and tidy, comfy beds

Missing door handle in one of the bedrooms and a shower that doesn’t work

The only good thing in the property was that electric heaters were working well and the bed was comfortable for the sleep. every other thing was a compromise

The door of the main bedroom was broken from inside and I was stuck in the room for quite a long time and I had to call my friends to come over and open it from the outside. I have attached the picture in the review as I had to then put a knife in the door knob to open it from inside. the place was not clean at all. the dishes had water in them and they were dirty. there was no dishwasher soap and the bathroom was also not clean and the room floor as well. above all, the heating of front of the bedroom was broken and the gas central heating was not working at all. we even called the owner or the manager of Airbnb but they did not respond back to us after even being aware. they were two electric heaters hence we put them in the bedrooms in the used but leaving area and kitchenette was freezing. water boiler was also going on and off. that one night in this place was quite difficult and we compromised. extremely dissatisfied as the owner or the manager of the property can definitely maintain it in much better way than it was. also, there were no tissues in the toilet as well.

We didn’t end up staying! We walked and the place was absolutely filthy there was flooring all pull up and just left there was not one room that was clean,I think we were in there around 10 minutes

The flat was not clean and the bathroim was not clean and it was smelly no toilet rolls was given and the flas was cold heater was not working and the bedsheet was not clean it was smelling really bad 1 electric heater was broken at spaeks was coming out from it fire hazard and the flat was not clean and the flat was cold and my child got ill because of cold and the main central heating system was not working nor hot water very disapointed at this stay .i would not recommend this place to anyone
