It was not cleaned. Not well maintained . Very dirty

The property does not look like any of the pictures they have uploaded the property is really dirty and wouldn't recommend even cooking in that place club sockets hanging off the wall cheap home bargaing's radiators on the floor to warm the apartment up bathroom toilet leaking !

I like the location very convenient to many shops, and had a park right in infront of it

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at your apartment on 16th of August to the 17th Unfortunately, the condition of the property was far below acceptable standards and posed serious safety and comfort issues. Key issues during my stay: • Electrical Hazards: One of the sockets had a faulty fuse, and I suffered an electric shock when attempting to use it. This is a severe health and safety risk. I have photographs documenting the faulty wiring. • Lack of Basic Essentials: The apartment was not equipped with towels, which are a basic necessity that should have been provided. • Uncomfortable Sleeping Arrangements: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to get proper rest during my stay. Given these conditions, the property was unsafe and did not meet the standards promised at the time of booking. I am therefore requesting a full refund for my stay. Please confirm how you will proceed with this matter. I am happy to provide the photographs and any further details you may need.

Value for money with a big event on at the principality. Not too far out from town, as we don't mind walking, 20 mins or so isn't to excessive.

Very rough looking room, lights hanging from the ceiling, beds not very comfy, but ideal for a night stay when your out on the town and just need to get your head down

Everything dirty and non hygienical to the point that you get scared for your health and the risk of getting a sickness or parasites ,, the health and safety measures are not being respected at this place at all ... Very very disappointing
