Lots of space, clean and modern apartment, Does not have a window to open or a view but we only stayed 2 days so it did not matter. No supplies were provided for the kitchen, we had to buy everything including salt, coffee. Grocery stores and small restaurants and pickup places close by, Metro. only 5 minutes walk

The freezer was not working but I think all it needed was a good defrosting.

The property was clean and location was great, nice and spacious unit.

Communication with the host was very difficult. I wasn’t able to reach them until two hours after check-in, despite calling several times. Getting in touch with the host was a real challenge.

Espacioso, bien equipado, bonita decoración, cómodo. Muy buena atención. Céntrico.

The place was clean, likely to be newly renovated, 2 toilets/bathrooms were very useful for 6 people and the location is one/2 blocks from Gran Via. The kitchen is bare, lacking of basic things such as kitchen towel, dishwashing sponge, laundry/dishwasher tablet, "bullets" for Nespresso, salt/pepper ... Beware of this if you are for a day or two and plan to use kitchen. I think we get what we paid for ... We feel very safe here. There is a guardian near the door in the day time, at night, all gates are closed, you need a door code to enter. We parked at Parking Santana, less than 10 min walk from the apartment. 32 euros for 24h (some parking app gives higher price and max at 11h, just tell the parking guy you want 24h and pay there), space is "European tight". You have to give your key and pay upon exit, no in/out.

-The system of the host was hacked by hacker and we repeatedly received messages to tell us to put our credit card number to secure our booking. We called booking.com to verify this but the the agent said, they are not sure that it was the procedure of the hotel and it could be their procedure... We didn't do anything and finally the hotel said their system was hacked and THIS IS OUT OF THEIR CONTROL, so the guest should just ignore those messages.... - I hated to cook (I only fried a few eggs...) with a metal spatula on a teflon pan, but there were nothing else to use. - When we arrived, there was no water. Eventually we found out that the water valve in the bathroom was not on. But when we contacted the host, the host said "it is a problem in this apartment block" and told us not to touch anything. However by the time we got his response around 1 hour later, we had already turned on the valve in the bathroom and during our 3 days, everything was fine. - One or two cooking pan and pot only.

Reservamos un apartamento de 2 habitaciones y salón con varios meses de antelación y nos dieron uno de sólo una habitación con el consiguiente trastorno. Aunque ofrecían atención telefónica hasta las 19 h no contestaron a nuestras llamadas y nos ofrecieron solución después de reclamar por la plataforma de noche, en otra ubicación más lejana que no aceptamos dadas las horas y que viajamos con niños. La limpieza muy justa, colchón del sofá cama lleno de manchas (al menos podrían ponerle una funda) y daría mejor impresión y muy sobado el sofá, también necesitaría una limpieza. Antes de llegar al apartamento recibimos un mensaje de que ya estábamos dentro cuando no era correcto, así que mucha seguridad no nos dio por el tema de las claves y demás. Además, días antes de llegar sufrieron un ataque informático y se nos reclamaba continuamente el pago y casi caemos. Seguridad, confianza y limpieza pocas.

El apartamento estaba reformado y muy limpio. Las instrucciones de acceso muy claras y nos dieron flexibilidad tanto para el checkin como para el checkout.

Por poner una pega estaban reformando otros apartamentos de esa misma planta y estaban haciendo ruido desde muy temprano, pero nos permitieron alargar un poco más el checkout

excelente las instalaciones limpio agradable y muy comodo

tal vez deberían mejorar las almohadas, y las luces de la habitación debería poder encender las de la mesitas de luz en forma independiente a la del techo..sin detalles mínimos

The property is in a great location & overall would be a good place to stay.

When we arrived the kitchen lights were missing (not the bulbs the lights)! We complained, as we could not really use the kitchen because the were no windows & it was awkward to see properly. We were told that they would be fixed, but when we left (6 days later) nothing had been done. It cost us quite a lot of extra money to eat out for every meal!

Location. It was clean and nice
