Beautiful 3 bedroom house with garden + Parking

House was spotless and very comfortable. The host, Maria, was excellent and communicated all the check in instructions etc in good time and efficiently. Would certainly book again.

Near Churchill hospital Comfy beds. Great shower.

Great comms with owner. Easy arrival.and entry. Close enough to city centre, public transport and shops. Clean and good bedrooms. Good outside space. Would use again if visiting Oxford.

Steps a bit steep and odd arrangement at top of stairs/bathroom. Cleaner arrived at least an hour before departure time and just sat in the garden waiting for us to leave. Bit odd.

Location Parking Nice lounge

No heating and no hot water so could not have a shower. Searched for controls but couldn’t see any.

- size of property - parking - area very quiet and also close to a park - nice natural daylight - warm and cosy - large lounge area - modern kitchen and bathroom

- beds (mattress) very soft and bed and floorboards creaky - overall tired property with some mould on walls in the front room and cracks - not many plug points in bedrooms and some not working - many things broken and falling off (ie coffee pot, banster, shower on / off, electric light fitting in bathroom, bin lid etc) - property needs some TLC - felt expensive for what we got but understand Oxford is generally expensive

Nice house. Bathroom and kitchen nicely renovated. Two private parking spaces just in front. Nice decoration. Nice sheets and towels. Little garden. We used the park and ride to the centre, was great!

Quality of the bed was not great... Some mold in the living room (not in bathroom or kitchen). Some more renovation is needed. Very noisy floor upstairs, so if one person is awake, the hole house is awake.

To be very clean with a very beautiful garden I recommend with confidence we hear
