The location was great for trips to hospital

The heating could not be turned off. The sofa bed was broken. TV did not work.

Property had a good living space and had everything we needed and Maria was extremely helpful and quick a responding to messages.

The property is tired, it has its problems and showing some wear. Cracks in walls, electrical cables hanging out of light switch in bathroom, damp/mould on walls. Also, peanut butter and beer left in fridge which was random and concerning as a member of our party has a severe peanut allergy.

Like home from home, clean and well equipped. We stupidly locked ourselves out and the owner got someone out to us straightaway to sort it out, excellent.
