Grade II Listed 2 Bed Cottage with Free Parking

Loved the location and the character of the cottage. Absolutely lovely!

Very steep stairs - we took our baby and it was a challenge to get up the stairs with her in my arms, but was a good workout! Not ideal for anyone with slight mobility issues. But would thoroughly recommend nevertheless

A gorgeous little fisherman's cottage in the heart of Kings Lynn. The kitchen was well appointed with excellent appliances and the sitting area was cosy and comfy. The cottage is in a super location for exploring Kings Lynn on foot. Close by is a good selection of restaurants and pubs. We loved Marriott's warehouse. The cottage provides a good base for exploring Sandringham and the Norfolk coast. The owner was quick to respond on a couple of issues.

I am sure the few little maintenance issues can be sorted out quickly. Although the charming circular stairs and cute little 'ladder stairs' to the attic bedroom were not a concern for us, the property would not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

Lovely clean comfy house. Great location for a break or to explore the area. Everything you needed was there including a washing machine and full kitchen items, much better than a hotel room with kettle.

Property not really suited for 4 adults. Twin room at top of steep stairs and not easy for us older folk to get up and down.

Perfect location. Close to the town centre and close to railway station. Hunstanton is a short drive away for people visiting the area. As we are from king's Lynn we just needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights whilst work was being carried out at our home.

As we had two dogs would have been good to have a small gate on courtyard so they could be let out at night and first thing in the morning. Wish they had instructions for heating. We were unable to get normal TV? But Netflix was our own account Taps in bath wrong way round.

My husband and I both contracted Covid the day before our five day trip. I contacted Booking.com and the owner who originally offered us the opportunity to move dates or have a refund. He subsequently changed his mind and we lost the lot-nearly £500. He blocked me from contacting him and has made what was already a stressful and unpleasant process even worse. Thanks for nothing.
