So easy and great to have the keys indicated in a video which was easy to understand - and near the shutters for the car park. Really homely Had everything I needed

Central location. Flat was lovely with all the facilities we could ask for.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and homely. Although we only made cups of tea, the kitchen is well-appointed. Also, the underground parking is secure. It is a nice base for anyone who's going to the AO Arena and has restaurants, bars, and shopping in close proximity. Our host was available if we had any queries or concerns. I liked the helpful text message sent from our host. It had a link to a YouTube video to show what to do from accessing our keys through to getting into the building. The text also had links to maps, so we could navigate from Leeds. This is a great touch, thanks, Jay.

Close to city centre. Nice and clean and modern.

wifi was very slow and Three (3) phone signal was very poor
