The host, Jay was fantastic, very professionally, amenable and welcoming. Information about the apartment, check in/check out process was brilliant. Apartment is gorgeous. A home from home, with all amenities available that you could wish for. A clean, cosy haven for the night after going to see our fave singer/band in the apollo. Ate out in China Town, Manchester is lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing we didn't like, it is superb.

Couldn’t get access to the property until really late as owner didn’t provide the information to get in. No pick up phone, reply to messages at any time. Recommend to avoid this place and owners. Not reliable at all.

loved the free parking , as there really isnt anywhere to park in city centre, car park was under the building but very adequate and easy to use, as we have a large 4 x 4, the lifts were also a bonus, we went to the AO Arena and it was in walking distance , and the town was in walking distance , the apartment was very clean and very nice, with lifts which was a bonus ,kitchen was well stocked with toaster , kettle, microwave etc, would reccommend these apartments, A star xxx

Location to where we were visiting

Attitude of the owners, absolutely disgraceful, the day before we were visiting demanding a £300 deposit and copies of photo ID. BUT the absolute ignominy of demanding to know WHY we were visiting, when it's got absolutely nothing to do with them takes the biscuit. Do you not vett these muppets before you allow them to rent their properties on your website. I have been using your company for over 20 years and have NEVER had to put up with this buckshot. It will never happen again.
