Within walking distance to the arena. Very nice apartment with a parking space.

I had to pay a £300 refundable deposit for any breakages. The cash was actually taken from my account but was refunded in a few hours after the cleaners had been in.

The room was lovely and in a great location. the host was very helpful and easily reachable.

There is a £300 deposit for this room which made me nervous as it is paid directly to the property owner rather than through Booking.com. However, there was no issues, the deposit was paid back in full swiftly after I had checked out and the apartment had been checked.

Absolutely lovely apartment, comfortable bed. Had a brill stay in Manchester.

Very clean, great location. Very responsive and helpful host, offered early check in and late check out to help with flights in and out of Manchester which was most appreciated. Having a small balcony was great on a hot day to sit outside
