The location was good, and the appointment was lovely and clean

The key box location was a bit hard to find. It could do with putting the flat number on the box and a bigger bed would be nice but we have had a great stay

The property is very well located for the city centre and AO Arena (where we went). It is very clean & modern with everything you need for your stay. Communication with the host is very good. All queries were answered very quickly and even let us leave our car in their car park for a few hours while we went into the city centre the next day for a small charge. (Saved a lot of hassle trying to find a good safe place to park on a Saturday near Christmas)

There was nothing to dislike.
