Cozy 1st sea line apartment in the quiet area

Dobra lokalizacja w cichej okolicy, w pobliżu wszystko co było nam trzeba. Większość czasu spędziliśmy poza obiektem, zwiedzaliśmy wyspę. Apartament jest dobry, czysto, zastrzeżenia mieliśmy co do ręczników - dziwnie pachniały i nie korzystaliśmy z nich, kanalizację też było czuć po powrocie wieczorem. Zatkany odpływ prysznica został naprawiony po zgłoszeniu, jednak hydraulik czy konserwator słabo po sobie posprzątał, niby drobiazg ale ja wychodzę z założenia że jestem na wakacjach 🙂. Ogólnie ok ale bez szału myślę że można znaleźć lepsze lokum w tej cenie - oczywiście zależy czego kto oczekuje. Sama wyspa jest piękna polecam.

We stay in this apartment block often , usually in other private apartments. So we understand that the facilities are 90% private, Everything worked in the apartment which was ok.

Okay where do I begin. So I imagine this apartment was nice when it was recently renovated. However the apartment has not been maintained since and is in a bad way. The walls are all stained with makeup dirt and fingerprints, the cleaning standard is very poor. When we finally got access to the apartment, it was tidy but not clean. There were hairs everywhere, and the bedding was not clean. The walls all dirty, and just not cleaned to a high standard. We stayed as 4 adults in this 2 bedroom apartment, we had 4 pillows in the whole apartment, all mismatched and odd. I reached out to the owner, and asked if we could have some extra pillows? ( Bearing in mind this is not a odd request given the adults and the amount in the apartment) This was a constant back and forth with quite defensive replies, to a final response advising that extra pillows are not possible, and no other guest had complained about this? Your charging over £1000+ a week and can't even go out and buy some pillows for your guests? The pillows provided were all odd and not even providing enough support to sleep. In the end we had to ask a friend to borrow us some pillows! Terrible. We did expect a better response from the owner. But was met with defensiveness. Given some of the bad reviews previously they were right. The balcony furniture is terrible, it's a garden rattan set with the most stained, uncomfortable seat pad you could imagine. Absolutely terrible. Why not just get a table and chairs? They would be more comfortable. The Aircon leaked all over the balcony , so yes we were cleaning this every day. We did have to wash the bedding when we first arrived because they were stained badly, and smelt musty. We paid for dry cleaning from our own money because we wanted clean bedding. After the brush off from the owner we decided not to report anything else, Lastly the toilet is installed in the most odd position you could imagine. Facing the shower glass.
