Cozy 1st sea line apartment in the quiet area

The apartment was spotless could not fault it

The location was perfect. Very accessible for elderly dad with mobility scooter. Good comfy mattress in rear bedroom. Great hot shower with good water pressure. Good hairdryer in property. Well equipped kitchen for self catering. Good clear instructions on how to access keys and get into the apartment.

In our honest opinion the property needs some updating especially if you want to label it as classy. It’s not!! Renewal of furniture is needed. Fresh coat of paint needed. Air con didn’t work. Unsafe flashing spot light near the front door. I took a video of this but it won’t upload. Broken dirty furniture on balcony which doesn’t make you want to sit out there when the sun gets round about 4pm. Stained chairs around the dining table. Shower curtain was stained at the bottom from previous use. I used 2 bottles of bleach in 7 days. Pillows are old and should have pillow protectors on them as used by different people. This is basic hygiene practice. Tiny black ants on kitchen surface and found in the bedroom. Again could not upload the video, picture attached of one of the ants. Looks like g there was a smoke alarm at some point, but no longer there. Very noisy in front bedroom and mattress had a lump in the middle. Had to wash the towels that were left as they smelled unclean when we used them. Wobbly chest of drawers in rear bedroom and the top drawer is all stained inside. The wardrobe doors are very stiff with a sharp latch hole that could cut your fingers when trying to open it. Bed settee uncomfortable and curtain in living area doesn’t fit across the window. Very disappointing accommodation in reality.

Great location. Good sea views, nice and quiet. Good bars and supermarket close by.

The property could do with a safe for your insurance purposes.

Great place with everything you need. Not far away from center but close enough to everything you need. Great little apartment with nice view and pool. I can trully recomend if you looking for something in Los Cristianos.

The hosts were wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful. The location was very good, would stay again if in that area.

It is self catering so the apartment wasn't serviced during our 9 night stay. Bring shampoo etc.

Cosmetically apt looks good. Supermarket opposite.

We left after 3 nights, had not been cleaned properly, table was broken on balcony, filthy seating pads inside and out. Opposite apt there is a house, dog constantly barks, building is dilapidated, across props is some areas, this apt is in Costamar building, cleaning lady offered to come in and clean, by this time most things could not of been cleaned. I am sure after telling cleaning lady all may be OK now, however she did ask what other things were wrong!
