Lavender Lodge - Pool and Hot Tub with sunset views over open fields

Loved everything,great location,lovely lodge and hot tub, was so peaceful,would highly recommend and will be going again in the future,the hosts were lovely also and always there if you needed anything

Nothing not to like

Lovely little lodge, very clean and tidy. The hosts Gary and Emma made it very welcoming. The bottle of fizz and the croissants were a lovely touch.

Just one minor issue, we used the hot tub and when we turned the bubbles on the chlorine burnt our eyes, we had to get out after only 10 mins or so. Apart from that everything else was perfect

Second visit here. As perfect as last time. Clean, comfortable. Gorgeous views of sunset. Friendly people run it. Lovely extra touches and little treats. Perfect stay

Very quiet. Hot tub was ready to use. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Towels to use. Tea and coffee and milk and few other little things to see us enough the night were a nice touch

Duvet was stained, and a hairband was left in the bedding. A felt a little unclean.

The property is lovely, perhaps small but perfect for a couple, and the field view from the back door and hot tub was just beautiful. The hosts went above and beyond to provide us with milk, biscuits, some ready to bake croissants, and a bottle of bubbly because it was our anniversary.

Only think we could think as a minor improvement would be to add some stepping stones from the back door to the hot tub to prevent standing on the artificial grass.

The lodge was in a perfect location. Beautiful scenery. Very private. The little touches the hosts made was sweet. Kitchen could do with more equipment eg wok pirex dish. But we made due and did bring supply's!

A lovely place to stay. The Lodge was clean and private. Everything we needed was supplied with some little added extras which were appreciated. Gary the owner gave us lots of information which was very useful. If you appreciate peace and quiet this is the place. We hope to return sometime.

Stunning place, amazing sunset view. Private hot tub and easy to read instructions for everything. Lovely little touches everywhere. Left 2 days ago and planning next visit already.

Lovely place to stay, had everything we would want. Owners were so helpful, providing lots of useful info. I also loved they left us croissants with butter and jam and tea, coffee and milk.

My only complaint would be I didn’t like the pillows but this is personal preference.

Great little property. Very clean and private. The hot tub looking out over the field is a great touch. Only stayed for one night but kids are desperate to return. Hosts are great and have thought of everything. Definitely recommend.
