Penthouse Style Luxury 2 Bedroom House has Hot-Tub, extra fees apply

Great location for a city break in Birmingham. Good public transport link. Owner did respond positively when we complained. But this is not a quick fix. The property has the potential but falls woefully short at the moment.

Hot tub cold on arrival despite multiple requests. Hot tub not clean. Multiple advertised facilities not provided. Property mis represented as luxury. No dining table. No oven capable of cooking a meal for four people. Staining to many of the the walls in the property, requires redecorating. The beds did not have mattress protectors. No storage in downstairs bedroom had to keep clothes in suitcase. This is budget accommodation not what we paid for. If the property were accurately described and priced it would be a good place for a city break. Either change the description to fit the property or fix the property to match the description. No care or love goes into making the property welcoming to guests. We go on a long weekend away with our friends every year and this is by far the worst experience we have had. I could go on .......

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment itself was very spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable and also hot tub was amazing. No complaints, and the host was very good at replying and made sure everything was ok, and very helpful. Would defo record this place.

I have booked for 2 nights and when I get there no was bath Towels no kitchen towers No Hair dryer. And first morning wake up go to kitchen and was all over ants every where. I make our baggage and we have 7 30 on morning

Exceptional host, communication was consistent and supported throughout any queries. Apartment was very well kept & clean, very comfortable beds and jacuzzi was amazing as it was a relaxing stay and will be back in the future.

It was modern and big had Netflix and was very comfortable very accessible
