"Good stay but is cold and has privacy issues/concerns"

Comfy and clean space. Host returned deposit for hot-tub after stay.

CCTV in the backyard, which we were not informed of prior. Also, the place was freezing when we came, it's a large space so it didn't warm quickly - not even when it was time to leave. We paid extra for the hot tub but it was not hot enough upon our arrival. Having heating on before we came and hot-tub switched on 24 hours before our arrival would have made big difference. The main bedroom has no divider with the bathroom/toilet so no privacy upstairs. The door of the groundfloor toilet was also broken
