Amazing location and really friendly owner. Great value for money, would recommend for a short stay in Sanremo.

There is no air conditioning and I found the heat unbearable. I had an awful night of sleep. Invest in air-con and this would be a 10.

Perfect location, just 8 min walking from the train station and 8 min from the beach. Volodymyr allowed me to use his bike and I could bike all the promenade to Bussana. He was really helpful by giving me too about places and beaches. He got some bread salami and ham for breakfast, as well as Yogurt and fruit. All in all it really worth the price for what you get.

Not a bad thing, but in summer time it would be good to have a fan. It was not a big deal for me, but it would make the room fresher.

If you'd rather be greeted by a warm and a friendly host than a pair of keys in a box, you've come to the right place!

We loved meeting Volodymyr and his family. They were very good hosts and a lovely family to spend time around .Great location, a 5 minute walk to grocery or coffee, 10 to the beach and 20m max to anywhere in the city. The room for rent is in the living room of the house, with noises of children playing in the morning and night that makes it feel very comfortable and warm. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, with a window that glowed a faint orange from the wall outside and the streetlights at night. The host is a profession violist and he generously took us to the orchestra concert he was playing during our stay, the kindness and warmth of the family and their friends are contagious!

The only thing from the photos that was misleading was the balcony but we did still enjoy time out there! The whole house just has lots of toys for the happy kids. Stay here if you’re looking to be welcomed into a local family. Don’t stay here if you’re exclusively looking for something private and quiet.
