Cheerful Room, Sharing kitchen in a Cosy Family Art House, Ideal for one person or couple

Close to Sanremo train station. The host was nice and talkative, but he works a lot and he didn't answer my calls for more than 1 hours (was 6-7 hours before agreed check in time, my bad) when he was working, so I couldn't leave the luggage and I had to pay 10€ to a shop..

Was not a room, but a wide closet with window more then 50% of the space was taken but the "not big" bed, as shown in the pictures. The "room" was more or less 4 square mts.. 2x2m.. the bath tube was taking form an electric device, but you can't mix water, so it was too hot.. when I was taking shower the electricity went off.. I think I will stay there standing in the bath tube for hours. Luck, someone was in the house and turn again the electricty on.. no one said "sorry" or anything.. unbelievable.. The next day a couple self checked in but I forgot my glasses, so I came back to the room.. they opened to me and the girl was screaming in her language to her partner; I think she was upset for the room.. and it was only a few minutes after she came in..

The hosts were very kind and clear. If I hadn't had to leave early, I could have checked out as late as 2pm. I also had the option to leave my luggage in the room all day long if I needed to. Great quality for the price. Breakfast included and walking distance from the train station and city center!

The only thing you should be aware of if you stay here is that your room, though private and equipped with a lock and key, is located in the area of the living room where you can often hear the children of the host family playing. They are adorable and it's not a huge problem, it's just a small space. That being said, for the price you can't really complain, which is why I've still given a rating of 10.

Calm place in a very good location, guests can use the kitchen and make some breakfast. Host is friendly, flexible with check-in and out and always ready to help and give information.

The host was really really kind, he gave me very detailed instructions to get there and once in the house I felt totally at home. There was also coffee for me there, he has a coffee machine and I cooked without problem. The kitchen is full from all the utilities you need. The host gave me also instructions and some advices about places in the city. The room is perfectly located, quite, clean, warm and it was not more than 5 minutes to go to the sea and really close from a 24/7 Carrefour. I really enjoyed my time there, I recommend you to join this place. Hope to come back soon. :)

Our host was very nice and helpful, curious, attentive to our need. It was a good surprise and a nice place to stay.

Price

This is not a hotel, hostel, or any other kind of overnight solution. This is an Airbnb on booking. This is a room direct next to the child room. We just got the keys, and gave it back right after, we saw the apartment. Dirty, mess, smelly. This is not what we expected not for 25 euro, just for money. The guy is nice, but this is not, where ppl wanna stay for even 1 night. 5 minutes for 25 euro . No money back ofc.
