Everything was good. Nothing to complain about. Maybe a bit expensive for Italy, but not for Sanremo. Host was very nice and helpful. Also good location, several minutes to the train station.

Nothing to like about the room or the owner or the area. Not even if you paid me would I go back

The 'cheerful room' was actually miniscule but cheerless. Half the photos were inapt. no privacy for the couple, his kids or us. The owner turned up nearly an hour late for our arrival. The offered parking turned out to amount to "maybe you can find somewhere semi-legal 10 minutes away". No access to roof or other places shown in photos. 'Breakfast' turned out to be mainly stale bread and packets of processed meat left in the fridge for us to find ourselves, luckily also small yogurts. Glass toilet door didn't lock anyway and bathroom was fairly grotty. The owners simply don't have the facilities to offer guests nor any idea how to be a host. They should just give up. This place damages this site's reputation.

easy to reach from the train station. easy check-in, very clear instruction from the host, lot of advice in advance, so when we arrive it was easy to find the place and all facilities for our stay. very silent place, despite was just a room in a shared apartment there was no noise at all, very relaxing.

the size of the room were incredibly small, and it is true that the parking is free in the area, however find it it is very hard. few parking lots in an high density populated area, there is the risk to park really far away from the apartment
