"Camera e servizi pessimi"

Gli spazi sono molto ampi ed è circondato da alberi

La camera è il servizio sono stati terribili. Nella camera non si può regolare l’aria condizionata, il mini bar è spento, il segnale WifI è scarso. Il primo giorno non hanno rifatto la camera e alla reception mi hanno detto che la colpa era mia che con l’avevo chiesto. Il secondo giorno è successo ancora. Ho reclamato alla reception e hanno mandato una signora non in divisa a portarmi le salviette e a rifare il letto. Insomma in 3 giorni nessuna pulizia ! Sì sono scusati, ma questo hotel non vale il prezzo pagato (120 euro a notte!) e non merita di sicuro 4 stelle.
