The Bay En-suite Room

Staff Welcoming on the phone, good communication and guidance. Felt like home away from home with a spacious room and a very clean Kitchen.

If this was my bed I had changed the bedsheets. The sheets were clean but for some reason not so comfortable.

As we were going to an event, the location was perfect, just 8mins walk away but still close to the city. Also a very close fish and chip shop for a meal. The room had all that we required. It was good to have a fridge just for our room. It was easy to speak to someone if needed.

The shower room was OK but smelt a bit damp. There was not much cutlery and crockery and glasses for guests. The TV aerial didn't work however we did get Iplayer after a phone call (I may not have managed this without my daughter!!).

Good location, quite central, good bus links and walkable to centre. Was quiet enough overnight, clean and comfortable. Good communication with host and check in details.

Needs a bit of a refresh, some tired looking furniture and shelving. Rather basic. Television did not function on freeview.

It's basically a student house. There are guys who stay there regularly, are noisy and make a mess. It was really bad, I left early. I would only stay here if you are a young guy who likes to party.

I used to live nearby a long time ago so this was a nostalgic weekend. Fish and chip shop very handy and food was delicious.

The area looked rather run down. People in the room above me were very noisy.
