Wir können uns den Vorrednern nur anschließen. Lukas hat hier wirklich ein kleines Paradies geschaffen - wir waren eine Woche hier und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben! Die Hütte direkt am See. Jeden Tag wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Alles sehr einfach und genau deswegen so charmant! Ein absolutes Highlight unserer Reise!

Nebenan am Playa Mango war wegen Ostern sehr viel los und immer auch laute Musik; abends war es aber zeitig ruhig. Hat uns nicht gestört, ist aber evtl. gut zu wissen.

Robinson Feeling direkt neben dem Mango Beach. Mega nettes Personal. Natur pur und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge.

Die Hütten sind sehr geräumig und man kann direkt vom Bett oder von der Hängematte aus den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Einfach wunderschön! Das Bett war groß und bequemer als meins zu Hause! Es ist immer viel los, denn la Sirenita scheint auch der Treffpunkt von anderen Hotelbesitzern und Locals zu sein. Ich hatte total nette Gespräche! Das Konzept ist total offen und schön. Um vier Uhr hört man die Brüllaffen. Ich wollte eigentlich darauf achten, vorrangig Unterkünfte und Restaurants von locals zu buchen und La Sirenita wird von einem Deutschen geführt. Aber ich hatte das Gefühl, dass sehr darauf geachtet wird, dass lokale Anbieter vermittelt werden, wenn man eine Kajak Tour oder einen Roller mieten möchte. Ich war fünf Tage da und hätte wirklich noch länger bleiben können.

Mich hat es nicht gestört, aber man sollte keine Ruhe-Oase erwarten. Der Playa Mango ist für seinen Sonnenuntergang bekannt, weshalb jeden Abend Touristen da sind. Nebenan gibt es eine Bar, die ein großes Angebot für Touristen anbietet. Dort läuft den ganzen Tag laut Musik. Aber mich hat es nicht gestört, man sollte es nur vorher wissen.

Beautiful premises and a lovely, spacious room that served as a seating area and bedroom. Since the room I inhabited was located at the back of the premises, no noise from the street was heard at night. A strong fan provided a nice air flow. The bed was very comfortable. Good shower as well. The room has a terrace with rocking chairs overlooking the lovely yard. Anthony is a great host and owns two very sweet dogs. Breakfast was Nica style and very affordable. It’s a 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. Thank you for your hospitality, Anthony.

Absolutely breathtaking view from the beach, and the cabanas are right there on the beach. It’s lovely to have a private piece of playa mango. Loved picking up mangos for breakfast. Short walk along the lake to a nice restaurant and place for kayak tours on the rio.

This is basically a « glamping » experience, meaning the cabanas don’t close fully, they just protect you from the elements. You can hear everything going on near your cabana or even the people speaking in the cabana next door as if you were right there. The problem with this is that they somehow thought it was a good idea to build a bar right next to the cabanas, and they also have dorms on the property, which attracts a young backpacker crowd. Inevitably groups of young people were loudly hanging out at the bar until late at night, making it impossible for me to sleep. When I texted the owner to ask for help with the noise, he straight up ignored me, which I found very unprofessional and upsetting. There are also dogs barking throughout the night. Overall, although the place is beautiful, I was not able to rest properly, which is the main thing I look for in a hotel.
