Dreamland Guest Bali Villa by Globalstay

Horrible place. It was dirty everywhere, stains on the bed, on the towels, mold on the walls. AC was stuck on 24 and couldn’t e changed I was boiling hot all night. The location is horrible, impossible to get a grab because the address is listed wrong. There was no one there to help me, the WhatsApp number didn’t reply to my message. I stayed only one night and left. And now they won’t refund me for the extra days. Stay far away from this place!!

It was really noisy. There was a loud banging on the roof that kept us awake all night, the neighbours partied and it sounded like it was in our room so first night sleep wasn't the best. But the second night was much better no banging. First day our water wasn't working at all but they fixed it straight away.

On arrival we had a bit of bother trying to get door code from host. It was not shared with us prior arrival and could not get into room until we finally got in contact with host through booking.com

Very friendly and co-operative host. Allowed us to check in early because my elder parents.

We only stayed for one night. It was ok for that. Room was a bit tight for 3 persons.

Had to do a lot of effort for the check in - information, photos, deposit.. If I had read all this before I might have taken another place for the night. Rooms are not in so good condition anymore as the pictures show.
