Dreamland Guest Bali Villa by Globalstay

I’d like to highlight the convenient location of the villa – there are shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and even a gym. A major plus for me was the availability of parking, as finding a spot for a car on the island is always a challenge. The conditions for working were also comfortable: the apartment has a cozy atmosphere, it’s quiet enough, and there’s a dedicated space to work on a laptop. Overall, I recommend these apartments as a great place for both relaxation and work. PS It seems like they just finished renovations – there was a slight smell of paint. The room itself looked fresh and new.

The $50USD security deposit that they don't mention until you are trying to check in has not been returned to me. Staff have twice assured me that it will be returned, but I am still waiting for my refund. Staff were in my room before checking out and said they were conducting a final inspection 🤔 they said the room was fine. After checking out, I waited at the property for 45 minutes while my room was cleaned and nothing was mentioned to me in regard to cleaning or damage.

The cleaning personal was nice and the pool was chilled and cold!

There were centipedes EVERYWHERE, they were in the kitchen, on our stuff, the floor and even in the beds. We totally understand that centipedes and insects can be around but in this case it was so many we did spend as little time in the apartment as possible and always locked our bags. The location was not really bad but we needed to take a 15 minute scooter to everywhere we went. We also tried contacting the host twice without response.

The Villa is really good, you have everything that you need.

It was very dirty, there were some dead bugs when I got there and there was a smell of urine all over the studio. It's hard to access, the road in the property is not really good. Definitely not worth the price

It looks modern and the location is somehow in the middle of south and dreamland beach. I liked that we had the possibility to wash and dry our clothes in the Villa. It was always clean.

Accommodation is overpriced. The bed was too small for 2 and not really comfortable. When you enter the Villa it’s quite difficult to find entrance. I was missing some private space outside because everything is open to everyone. WiFi was really bad. If you wanna work, it’s not really possible to have stable internet connection.

The sofa bed wasn't made up with bedding as requested on booking the property. This was addressed and made up before the night. Motorcycle helmet was stolen from outside villa on our second night. This wasn't addressed sufficiently by management. Gas bottle was empty so I wasted a lot of food that I had bought to cook as my daughter was sick and didn't want to go out. I messaged and just got reply that it would be replaced the next day when we would have already moved out.
