Nothing, as I was not allowed in the apartment

Terrible experience. The worst I ever had at Booking.com. The owner of the apartment cancelled my booking when I already landed in Helsinki and I was on the way to the way there!!! She gave some vague explanation that she needs to cancel due to the emergency refurbishment!! Where I was asking her what kind of refurbishment is that she didn't know before about and she said that the previous tenant broke the toilet! It's really hard to believe that and I found her extremely unprofessional. I mean how can you leave the people stranded already in your country, on the way to your apartment!!!? It's disgusting. It ruined my day totally. I had to look for another place to stay which took couple of hours and completely destroyed my first day in Helsinki where I supposed to relax and enjoy instead of looking for an alternative accomodation. The host who cancelled the stay said that I will get my money back, but obviously that takes couple of day so I had to pay myself for the new stay with the money that I don't have to spend like that. This person should not be allowed to rent her space to anyone via Booking com. Absolutely horrendous
