The location was very nice and the welcoming lady was very nice. I had clear instructions and I felt free to text her anytime I needed anything. Very nice lady.

They canceled 10 minutes before check in We traveled 400 km just to get there and were left with nothing.Per the other reviews this happened every time the same problem.

I was lied to by this guy, the key was not put in the box until 6:00 PM When I called him on the phone he was not available, so I did not use the apartment, he is a liar, he called me in the evening at 7:30 PM from a completely different phone to say that he would leave the key at 6:00 PM Without apologizing at all This is my worst experience, and I want my money back Regards Ana Petkovska

When we read other reviews we thought it was a scam and we didn't start our trip on time, so we were late to check in. The host was late in responding to messages. But in the end everything turned out well.

Everything is fine with the accommodation, we are satisfied. But the apartment was really not clean. We cleaned everything before use. The bedding was not clean, we brought our own.

Very very bad and terrible experience. I booked a few days before our arrival but unfortunately when we landed in Thessaloniki we received a message from the property owner about the pipe leaking in the property after they he didn't reply to our message and anything. Not acceptable at all. BOOKING.COM should have a standard and check the quality etc.

Terrible experience

They never gave me instructions on how to enter the apartmant, and then 2 hours before check in they called me on Viber telling me the apartmant was flooded. They never canceled on booking so I had to contact customer support to get a refund.
