Such a lovely place to stay, glad we made this choice! Close to the airport, the room exceeded our expectations. Big room, slippers available in the room, sweets and snacks provided, both the room and bathroom very modern and top notch quality, looks better in reality than in photos ❤️

Nothing to be changed

Wir hatten das Glück den Garten und den Pool für uns alleine zu nutzen,auf Wunsch von uns gab es wunderbare Musik vom Gastgeber am Pool,so lange wir wollten.Alle Wünsche von uns wurden schnell erfüllt,wie zum Beispiel eine Kaffeemaschine zum morgendlichen Kaffee,wurde schnell organisiert.Bei Fragen zur Umgebung,gab es sofort Antwort und Tipps wo man essen gehen kann.Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat,wäre ein kleines Frühstück direkt in der Unterkunft.Es gab zwar süße Snacks in der Minibar,aber ein kleines Frühstück wäre schön gewesen..obwohl man dazu sagen muss,es gab in 4 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Auto ein kleines nettes Bistro.

Kein Frühstück. Durch die Nähe zur Straße,hört man ein wenig die fahrenden Autos,was aber nicht wirklich stört zum relaxen am Pool.

Everything was exceptional. The staff very helpful. I can highly recommend.

Nice and clean and comfortable rooms

The worst experience ever. Very impolite and agressive communication when we communicated that we would arrive between 19h and 20h. This was too late for owner Chiara. When we asked if we could stay some hours at the pool in the afternoon the next day, this was brutally refused. We said that we would leave the room at 10h, but the rules are that you also have to leave the resort. By the way, the resort is a garden center in an industrial zone where is abslotely nothing attractive. The gardener who speaks no other languages than Italian showed us the room and the next morning, we only saw two African cleaning boys. There is no bar, no honesty bar, no music, no service, no breakfast, so when I made clear that I booked the Natura Resort and Relax to relax, the lovely Chiara was very impolite. Rules are rules ( a liitle autism?) and she mentioned several times that she knows people of my kind. By the way, they give you a penalty of 100 euros if uou dare to eat something at the pool. We are frequent travelers, but we were never treated this way. We expect another agressive reaction, but it is our moral duty to warn people. Hospitality, flexibility, giving people a warm welcome: totally not. Chiara replied that we had to search for another accomodation, but it was too late: we had already paid the stay. We checked the rates and wondered how they get a 8,8/10 but we found the explanation. If you have an early flight and you arrive the day before: you won’t get problems. And objectively: the rooms are very good too. We regret the attitude of the owner and really thought we could convince her… It was a very sad and heartbreaking end of our trip.
