Beautiful property with amazingly furnished and clean, spacious rooms. The pictures online looked nice already, but it is even better in reality. Big and very clean shower and bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff is very friendly, helpful and reacts very quickly to request via WhatsApp, however they are not overly present in the hotel area, so you don't feel stressed. Other guests were quiet and respectful. The pool area invites to relax, with plenty of options to lie in the sun or in the shade. Beautiful plants and trees all around. Very close to the airport.

Good restaurants are only reachable by car.

It’s three years old and everything is in perfect shape! All common areas and the rooms were beautiful.

the hot water in the bathroom was not enough, just warm, but at 4h in the morning impossible to do the remark (sorry) You are out of the city, so to eat to have to take the car ( we didn't take breakfast, no time)

The place is new and the rooms have new furniture and bathroom as well

The address of the hotel is not clear. I searched for an hour to reach it and sent many messages. There was no quick response, and I was waiting in the street The price is very expensive and the room does not overlook the garden There are no receptionists at the side of the rooms. I always have to communicate via booking or WhatsApp

Beautiful property with lovely pool and suite, and very clean

Things to be aware of when booking: - Property is right on the highway. Do not expect quiet by the pool - you can hear the sounds of the traffic on the neighbouring roads - Minimal restaurants within walking distance (and walking anywhere requires walking along busy highways without footpaths) - Says on booking.com that it offers a la carte or italian breakfast but there was no sign of this - Resort doesnt allow you to bring in food or drink from outside. All of the above makes it very difficult to arrange meals - Says airport shuttle service is available, but this simply involved the accomodation contact providing a phone number for you to call a taxi yourself. They said it would be 15 euros but no taxi driver would agree to this. It is very close to the aiport yet taxi drivers don't seem to want to do the short trip, therefore it ends up being 20+ euros for a 7 minute drive - No spot to store luggage after check out. Only option is to pay for it in town in Cagliari which is a cab ride away - No opportunity to sit in the open communal area after checking out of the room. We understand this may not be feasible if extremely busy, however we were the only people on the entire site (and were even told this by management) and yet we were told we had to pay an extra 20 euros per head just to sit around, or otherwise we had to leave. This was our last stop on our two week Italy trip (which involved 5 other hotels/bnbs) and we had no trouble doing this at any other accommodation in scenarios where our flights/transfers were later than check out. We booked this accommodation for one night due to proximity to the airport, but the logistical issues (when not having a car) relating to transport, luggage, food and lack of flexibility meant it was far less convenient than we had hoped.

The property was absolutely beautiful and modern, very posh and private. This was our most comfortable stay while in Sardegna! The host was very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Whilst the location was very average we especially liked the closeness to Cagliari airport. The room was lovely, clean and modern and the bathroom exceptional. We enjoyed spending time in the large swimming pool and surrounding garden.

This accommodation is very new and the street signage was not clear so we had difficulty finding the place. No doubt this has been sorted out by now. Once we made phone contact with the managers they were very helpful and our stay was very pleasant.

It’s a completely new resort so everything is very nice and clean. Very clean rooms, cleaned and fresh towels every day. The room is just big enough and has a big bathroom with a rain shower. Alse the rooms have a perfect Airco which is needed with the temperatures in Sardinia. Alse the rooms have a refridgerator so you can cool your drinks. The swimming pool is amazing and has a perfect temperature. There are more than enough beds near the pool. There’s free WiFi with a speed of 40 mbits/s, that’s okay to stream video’s and surf the web. You can park the car for free behind a gate on the resort, very safe. There’s a supermarket at 200m, Cagliari is a 10 minute drive, so car recommended. Everything (beds, WiFi etc.) is free included. There is a big road at the other side of the resort where cars drive 80 km/h. For us it was no problem, there is not so much noise of the road. The rooms are very good isolated so you definetely don’t hear it in the room. The hosts are very kind and are always there to help you. They don’t speak English very well but they try. They solved it to comminicate via Whatsapp if you need anything or if you have a question. That works very well. We really liked staying here for a week and it was really relaxing. Recommended!
