House was big with an upstairs and downstairs area to give some privacy to the two families traveling. Instructions manual was very clear. House has a lovely view of the city and very well located for your vacation needs. There's also comfortable sitting areas to unwind.

If you come in the winter you need a serious 4x4 vehicle for the driveway because it can snow a lot. The house is beautiful and glad we stayed here but you should have excellent driving skills of you plan to be in Northern Iceland in the winter.

Location was excellent, beds were comfortable, layout of the house was great.

The lockbox, which had the keys in it, was wide open when we got there late in the night. We didn't know if the house was the right one since it was dark when we got there. So, in order to check if it was the correct house, I closed the lock box and used the code. The upstairs shower had a drain problem where it was practically unusable. Checkout time is unusual at 10 am instead of everywhere at 11 am. Kitchen was missing basic amenities like salt, sugar, oil. We could not make our breakfast.

The views were amazing!! The house was up to date, spacious, and clean.

It was difficult to lock the doors.
