Nordstay - Bright Studio in the heart of Helsinki self check-in

The room was clean and spacious for two persons. It has a kitchen well equipped and also basics for cooking(oil, spices, rice etc). It has a big window with view in an inner yard. It is very close to the center on foot and there is a bus station near by. The checkin process was very easy. It is as shown in the pictures.

It was fine. Had everything we needed. Located close enough to walk everywhere in the center. It was quiet. The staff was responsive when I notified them of our delayed flight and arrival. They made sure we could still collect keys after 02:30.

The shower door didn't close well and leaked out onto the floor.

Location.

The washing machine didn't work. This had been reported before; it was really annoying because I had booked an apartment with a washing machine as I wanted to use it. I then had to wash soap off my clothes in the sink which had no stopper. The skirting board was filthy as was the area between the shower and WC. In the kitchen the surface area around the sink was cracked.

Location is good, close to the city center, and to the public transportation, easy to find, easy to check in, The building is just wonderful, historic house with period details, also very clean

We had problems with the cable connection,

The location could not be better and the facilities were very good. Communication with the host was easy and straightforward with no room for misunderstandings. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed and convenient. The towel heater was a nice addition.

It turned out to be surprisingly warm in Helsinki the week we were there, and it would have been nice to have an electric fan in the room. It would also be convenient to provide an iron and a squeegee for the floor near the shower.

Fantastic location. We walked everywhere and it was a great home base.
