The view was magnificent and the apartment was so wide

There were TOO MANY mosquitoes that ruined our stay and our skin! The two mosquito zapper that were in the property were broken and sadly it seems like the property owner knew about it for a long time and didn’t take any action (since most of the past guests complained about it in their reviews)

这辈子所住的最糟糕旅馆，5楼，没电梯。蚊子非常多，咬得受不了，只得用毛毯从头到脚包住，蚊子很聪明的啦，露出鼻子叮鼻子，露出额头叮额头，老伴不小心脚伸出毛毯，被叮的脚脖子一圈子包。

I really loved the beautiful sea view — it made the whole stay feel relaxing. I also liked how spacious the rooms were, and the large balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy the fresh air.

I honestly disliked so many things about the apartment to the point that I wanted to take my family and leave every single night. The mosquitos alone made our entire stay a nightmare. Because the balcony doors were old and no longer closed properly, and with zero maintenance, mosquitos were pouring into the apartment from every window even when they were shut. It was impossible to get proper sleep throughout the whole stay. Sitting or working on the balcony was torture, and every wall in the apartment had at least 200 dead mosquitos — it was genuinely disgusting. The furniture and chairs were broken, everything was rusty, and the kitchen was barely equipped. There were only two pots and five plates in a place advertised to handle up to eight people or more. The sewage system, washing machine, bathtub, bathroom sink, and kitchen drain were all clogged. The kitchen drain was even completely disconnected and would overflow at least twice a day. Maintenance simply did not exist, and the overall cleanliness was terrible — everything felt dirty and unpleasant. On top of that, all services were a 10 to 15-minute walk away. Since the apartment is in Agami, it’s almost an hour away from anything well-known or any place you’d actually want to visit in Alexandria. Transportation was a daily struggle because most drivers refused to enter the area due to how badly the streets were damaged, and the minimum cost of going anywhere was around 400 EGP for a round trip.
