If you like tranquility in the terrace of full sea view on the first line on the beach, this is the perfect spot! You will suffer to find time to sleep and miss the view, specially the sundown. Beautiful!

Maintenance of the old building but I can understand that for that price, Great value for money.

الشقه مش نضيفه فيها صراصير ونمل كتير جدا الشقه فيها كراكيب كتير جدا اطباق مش نضيفه وازايز ميه ف البلكونه فاضيه كتير جدا الشقة ف الدور الخامس بدون اسانسير العفش والصالون طبعا ف الضياع عند الاستلام مفروض استلم الساعه 1 وبعد وصولي تم الانتظار ساعه اخري واستلمت الساعه 2

If you were looking for tranquility, comfort, and the pleasure of relaxing by the sea, I wouldn't recommend any place better than this one. The apartment is exceptionally beautiful, large, comfortable, and spotless. Dr. Noha and Ms. Hoda were incredibly helpful and cooperative, consistently going above and beyond to provide every comfort. They are highly professional and respectful individuals. This visit will certainly not be my last; I plan to return there regularly. I strongly recommend it.

The property has a good sea view Staff/security people are friendly Peaceful and secure place

- The property needs more deep cleaning and taking care of the maintenance - One of the Toilets was out of order - Some of the functionalities like kitchen’s lighting lamp was not working
