The card machine was down, so if we wanted to leave, the front desk had to come open our door for us.

I am writing this to express our sincere gratitude for your hotel's exceptional hospitality from the staff, particularly Sara. Our visit was for an unexpected funeral. From the moment we arrived, Sara exuded a warm and welcoming atmosphere. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and other family members staying at the hotel, especially when we had to lengthen our stay. She helped lighten the load of a very emotional time.

Nothing I can think of

Breakfast had a variety. Very good. Clean rooms.

3rd day: Ladies attending to breakfast were too busy chatting with each other and food ran out.. 2nd day: asked for fresh towels and there wasn't any available. Hot tub was never hot.

Location

Very Dirty, run down, pool discolored all bathing suits, blood on stairs.

With in distance to do things

That the pool was very cold to play in

Very clean rooms and lobby.breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious

Pool was cloudy and cold

It was close to the concert we were there to see.

It smelled like urine and there were bed bugs.
