Best Western Plus KC Speedway Inn & Suites

Hotel had a nice layout and has potential to be beautiful after renovations are complete.

Pool area had scum build up near the slide. Whole area needs a good cleaning. Hot tub wasn’t working. The heating unit in our room wasn’t working. 32 degrees outside and they offered us extra blankets instead of new room. Breakfast had variety but fridge was out and the entire breakfast area needs some deep cleaning.

I'm looking at my bank account and it looks like I paid twice for the room. I had a room reserved with a visa card but the night I stayed and checked in I gave a Mastercard in my husband's name Timothy Michael and paid for the room on it. But 160.73was taken from my act for this room on Nov 8th. I expect to be refunded this as soon as possible.
