I liked that the thay the Outlet Mall was just right there didn't have to travel far for food and shopping.The housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly And the check in lady was decent as well .

The water from the pool was very cloudy when we first got there the hot tub was not working. They charged a different debit card instead of the one I handed then when we first checked in.

The rooms were very nice, clean Would stay there again if there are no construction workers there working

The pool was closed..they should probably tell people about that. The construction going on would be nice to have known, the workers where very loud slamming the doors all day and night.

Upon arrival we were put in room 303. It was supposed to be a room with a balcony. The hotel was under renovation and every room surrounding the room they put us in was being renovated. As we entered the room, we could smell paint, there were men still working in the other rooms. I went back downstairs and asked to be moved to another room. The clerk moved me, but had to charge me again. So I was charged another night. we decided to check out the next day, I attempted several times to cancel my room through the booking.com app and through their messenger system. the prompt said it would take 48 hours for a response. I checked out the next day, on Sept. 24,2022. As of today, still no response from booking.com. Once this is remedied, I will no longer us this app to book a room. They’re customer service and cancellation is too hard to navigate.

"Should have gave me my money back!!!"

I did like the bed and the room in general, ice cool air too.

So i booked this room all because of the pool and free breakfast. We get there and the pool is down the entire time we stayed witch was almost a week. The first 2 mornings no breakfast and on the 3 day when they did serve it wasn't worth eating. Finally day 4 tey had it right. But my wife and I was really looking forward for our kid swimming in the pool but hey the pool was down they hole time.
