L' appartement était propre, calme, fonctionnel et bien situé à côté de la ligne de tram.

Very nice apartment, with fully functional kitchen with microwave, fridge and electric induction plates, bathroom with shower, and wardrobe. Very smart sofa-bed solution for optimizing the available space. Conveniently located close to public transportation.

The wi-fi connection was somewhat unstable, I had to reconnect my devices frequently to get a good signal. A salad bowl and a good cutting knife would be nice additions to the available kitchenware, which is otherwise very complete.

The apartment was nice, but the check-in was a disaster. It took 2 hours to get the right code, and the host was asking for video proof of me entering the code instead of just checking the system. In the end, they admitted to sending me the wrong code and provided the correct one.

Czysto, komfortowo, przyjemnie. Całe wyposażenie tak jak napisane, jest dostępne. Polecam.

Nothing

The room had a strong, unpleasant food smell that had clearly soaked into the walls and made it very uncomfortable to stay. This should have been resolved before assigning the room, especially for a long-term booking. Customer service was unhelpful and poorly coordinated. I was given inconsistent information about room availability and no real solution was offered. Overall, the situation was handled very poorly.
