Smidigt att boka, bra pris, fräscht och nära kommunikationer. Riktigt dåligt dock att jag debiterades för en annan lght som avbokats av er och som vi haft mailkontakt om. Jag gick själv följa upp detta. Svårkommunicerat med er, se ovan. Hade även kontakt med guestit på kvällen när vi checkat in pga sängbenet sönder, ingen återkoppling. Kranen badrummet läckte, ena badrumslampan funkade inte, toapappret räckte precis. Som sagt, fräscht, helt ok, prisvärt men inte tipp topp. Hälsningar, Malin Forkman

Excellent apartment. The bed was comfortable and easy to set up, the kitchen was well-equiped, and the bathroom was large and clean. Located close to a tram station with good connections to the city. Communication occurs mostly via chat, but responses are fast and helpful

Quite a lot of personal information is asked during the booking, including picture of passport and selfie with passport
