Whilst the property is in a great location it is SUPER noisy as there are tram lines being deployed in front of the property so there are people working from the early morning. Call it unfortunate but there was also what appeared to be a demonstration at night about 11pm in front of the property with people yelling into a megaphone. Luckily we only stayed one night as if this was the norm it would have been a very unpleasant stay. We were also told we were going to have onsite parking “Private parking is available on site upon reservation at a cost of €25 per day.”, but a couple of days before we arrived we were told to park in a 24hr public car park. Whilst this wasn’t an issue as it was nearby it was not what we were told when we had booked. The room was a good size with an interesting round bed, wasn’t sure about this when I booked but thought I’d try, wouldn’t try it again though, isn’t really comfortable if you are more than 160cm tall. The room and bathroom were clean and the property had a lift making getting your luggage to the room easy. Bathroom was a good size and fully functional. Property itself is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore which is in the centre of Bologna making it to access all the sights of Bologna. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Leider zu wenig Geschirr und dieses war bei Ankunft teils dreckig. Bettwäsche war leider nicht passig für das Bett. Das Bad ist eigentlich sehr schön aber benötigt mehr Ablagefläche und die Dusche eine gründliche Reinigung.

Location and welcome from host with lots of information . Able to leave luggage prior to check in was great for us. A lift was unexpected but appreciated.

Exceedingly hard bed, old bed linen and towels. Limited pillows and appeared old. Bedroom was quirky with exposed beams and vaulted ceiling but we were aware of that prior to booking

I want to start by mentioning how warm, friendly, and supportive the staff is. We were able to leave our luggage well before check-in and were warmly greeted by Aurica, who was cleaning the accommodation at the time- she was incredibly kind. Giancarlo, our main point of contact, was always available and gave us excellent recommendations for our stay in Bologna. The apartment décor is truly unique. I especially loved the kitchen and the terrace. The location is also very convenient, just a relaxed 10-minute walk to both Piazza Maggiore and the train station. We will definitely be back!

Too expensive for the quality, the room is too dark, doesnt look clean, lacking facilities (no slippers toothbrush shampoo etc), and its old

Excellent location. Easy walk to train station and to central Bologna, and great selection of restaurants. The building felt safe with a pleasant communal lobby , and a lift to the 5th floor where the apartment is situated. A good sized bedroom, although as it’s in the eaves, not great if you are tall as risk of banging your head in the middle of the night! Pleasant balcony. Adequate kitchen but fridge was very small and no freezer or ice. Very helpful and welcoming host.
