Location in the heart of the city, responsive host, cozy place, enabling an unforgettable experience in Bologna. We would love to go back there.

It is a great location in the city's center, the apartment is very comfy and clean. The staff is very friendly, we got all the information, and some recommendations for food and city locations as well. A paid parking garage is available and is a 3-minute walk from the apartment (24 EUR per day).

The property is in a perfect location! Very close to the train station and also from the city center. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and has a very nice balcony! Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is lovely and equipped with a large shower! Giancarlo took great care of us, gave us a lot of useful recommendations and made us feel like home!

Excellent location, 5 minutes or so from piazza maggiore. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Clean and comfortable room with good facilities including an outdoor space. Giancarlo was a great host, very friendly and helpful.

The Host met us and was very helpful once we got there, He went out of his way to make sure we had confirmed taxi service to the Airport the next day.

We had difficulty making contact with the Host regarding the check-in insructions and finally had to call Booking.com to get the information we needed from the Host. As we were traveling in a foreign country, this lack of communication was very stressful. However, once the Host met us, the communication issue was resolved. While the room was very clean, it was also very basic and small and there were low ceiling beams over the bed. There wasn't even a chair to sit on...just two little stools. The lighting was also an issue and we had problems charging our phones and computers, as there weren't enough outlets and one of them didn't work.
