Needs better bed sheets and roof is a little low…. It is in great spot and great host

Excellent apartment in a great location. Very convenient to all sights. Giancarlo was also an excellent host, even offering to keep my cases after checkout time. Recommended.

Great location to explore the city

Our host Giancarlo was extremely helpful and congenial. It was easy to gain access and the apartment was in a great location.Our apartment had a small terrace which was appreciated.

Zacarlo was extremely helpful and attentive. He provided the necessary information to work through the difficult central Bologna parking regulations.

The parking was an extra 25 Euros which came as a surprise. Would be excellent value if one did not have a car to park.

Location

Too expensive

Centrally located with excellent access to the city's main sites, public transport and restaurants. The host, Giancarlo, was very responsive and quickly answered all our messages. He provided detailed instructions on how to access the property, as well as all the room's amenities. Everything was very clean.

The suite is very small and located in the attic of a five-story building. Cannot stand up fully in some parts of the bedroom/bathroom. Though there are a couple of stools in the bedroom, there really isn't any space to sit other than on the bed..The fridge is very small and barely cooled down the drinks we bought. Netflix and other TV apps only works if one has a subscription to Google TV. We couldn't make it work to stream movies from our devices. A bit noisy from trains and other transport, but didn't bother us to sleep.
