Vu's Homestay Tam Coc

Super logement dans cet hotel tenu par une gentille famille. Grande chambre pour 4, confortable, piscine entretenue, AC fonctionne bien. L'hôtel se trouve à 5min de la place centrale de Tam Coc.

The property is a good size, lovely pool and outdoor area to sit. The room was a good size and clean. Coffee and water provided. The bed was comfortable. The location is good.

It was very hard to communicate with the hosts and is best done over whatsapp so things can be translated. We rented a moped directly. They advertise the cost at 130k per day but tried to charge 150k until we pointed this out. The moped we got was old and battered. The phone holder was broken, the speedometer was broken and the headlight didnt work which we only found out after dark. We tried to explain this when paying for our room through Google translate but this proved difficult so we paid for the bike anyway.

This stay was perfect, the beds were so comfy, and the people working there were so lovely and helpful. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk into town and you can hire bikes there too. We had a lovely 2 nights here!

Multe locuri pot avea o piscină frumoasă și camere curate, dar ceea ce face cu adevărat o ședere specială este atingerea umană, iar aici Vu's Homestay excelează. Vu nu este doar o gazdă, ci un ambasador al Ninh Binh. Entuziasmul său este contagios. Îți reține numele, te întreabă cum ți-a fost ziua și îți oferă sugestii utile pe care nu le vei găsi într-un ghid turistic. Într-o seară, s-a așezat pur și simplu lângă oaspeți lângă piscină, împărtășind povești și râsete. Acest lucru creează o atmosferă specială care te face să te simți ca și cum ai sta la un prieten. Proprietatea în sine este fantastică – piscina este un punct central, social, iar camerele sunt moderne și curate. Problemele practice sunt încă prezente: micul dejun este simplu, iar boilerul este un subiect frecvent de conversație printre oaspeți. Dar, cumva, personalitatea lui Vu și atmosfera caldă și primitoare pe care o creează fac ca aceste probleme minore să pară nesemnificative. Pleci cu sentimentul că ai trăit o experiență autentică, nu doar că ai avut un loc unde să dormi. Asta este neprețuit.
