got some cockroaches in the toilet. the fridge was so loud till i cannot sleep at all at night. got bau hancing also in the toilet

Everything was really good.

1. Balcony door lock not function well 2. Iron is not in good condition. I cannot use it at all.. Its a little bit rusty. Maybe can replace new iron for customer satisfaction.

Location, parking and cleanliness of the house is excellent..

It's will be better if you place a long mirror in the room, it is very useful especially for women getting ready and wearing hijab. Replace the pillowcase with a new one, while the existing one is badly torn. Treat your customers well and give them good service.. at least say thank you after staying if they return the homestay in good condition.. if the service is good, they will probably repeat it again..

I like this place because of its facilities. It’s easy to find food, and I can bring my kids to play and swim in the pool. I don’t even need to go out or drive anywhere because everything I need is already here. The owner/ staff is also responsive. I will definitely come again soon inshAllah.

I don’t really find anything that I clearly dislike. Only at night there was a bit of noise, I'm not sure where it came from, but that was beyond the owner’s control, so it’s okay. If there are any, it’s only minor things, but they didn’t affect my stay.
