I found nails on bed after check in.. got cockroach and bed bug! Smelly toilet also

The property was comfortable and just nice for three people. There were two beds exactly as shown in the pictures, which made it convenient for us. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy, modern feel. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. We also loved the location, it was close to restaurants, convenience stores, and i-City attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The property had a slight unpleasant smell when we entered, and it wasn’t very fragrant. There was no bedside lamp, which made it a bit inconvenient at night. Also, the iron was already blackened and damaged, we couldn’t use it because it stuck to our clothes. That was quite disappointing.

Maybe the toilet a bit smelly. i think all the isoho apartment has a problem with the toilet but overall still can use.

The location near to Sogo and i-city and easy to access. They also provide parking. They have swimming pool.

The items in the room. The bed and iron also iron board. The price quite expensive than the facilities provided. The owner is okay. Maybe just the price too expensive with the what they provide in the room/studio. Also they not provide hanger and the place to put clothes is too high.
