We stayed in flat 904. Top flat for 3 adults. A few comments: - poor window insulation, a lot of noise in the morning in the room facing the small square with the market in place. - toilets leak slightly (to be checked) - dishwasher not working. We stayed 5 nights in March 2025. Otherwise flat, large, bright and very pleasant with a balcony.

"Fine for a short stay but wouldn’t stay again."

Simple and well decorated. Conveniently close to Bree Street.

Washing machine didn’t work and the property is in a very uneasy area of Cape Town. We didn’t feel very safe driving in and the process to get the keys is inconvenient.
