Very noisy

Parking was secure and security was really good. The unit was spacious and had all the amenities we required and a bit more. Internet speed was really fast and I found the mattress very comfortable, it was on the firmer side which I prefer. There are many shops in the vicinity so you'll be able to find whatever you need plus there's a PnP within walking distance.

Location was about the only thing somewhat positive. Everything else was really poor standard and quality. I demand a refund!

Just about everything in the apartment was really poor standard, facilities and quality, and not functioning properly, from only 1 shower with taps not working, no extractor fans, hot, humid, stuffy apartment. For the price I paid, it was criminal! I demand a refund!

The apartment itself is quite spacious and the apartment itself has all your basic needs covered. The building Security was incredibly helpful,in guiding me through every step of the way of the complicated check in process. The place yes is centrally located, making it easy for me to get to work.

1. How creepy it was to access. Getting access to the road to which the reception is based to pick up the key in order to gain access through the parking was dingy and creepy This is the main entrance and just getting to it and surroundings- felt really unsafe. Luckily I had the security walk me. The receptionist at the main entrance wasn't friendly at all. Made me feel like I'm there to beg for accommodation and not a paying. 2. Sleeping was near impossible. This place is literally positioned right next to a clubs, and it is banging and loud till around 2am. The view from the balcony also seemed a bit weird, as all it was, we're windows to the building next door- it was giving stalker vibes you felt watched by a dozen people, so I just kept the balcony closed. Because of the unsettling vibe outside, it gave me an unsafe sense even being on the inside of the apartment itself. But it completely makes sense why it's not refundable once you book. I do regret making the booking, but experience is after all the best teacher!
