Pontcanna Apartment Near City Centre and Stadium Sleeps 4

Good location to walk to city center. Good pubs nearby. Ample space. Had a washing machine.

Only place that needed security deposit, that was not a chain motel. Cords for blinds could not be reached when 5’3”. Husband had trouble and he is 5’9”.

Location was excellent. Great restaurants around the area. Host was very helpful and understanding. Great location for the Cardiff Half Marathon start line! Beautiful clean place

It was basic and minimalistic, good location in a lovely area. The communication from the landlord was brilliant.

There was black mould on the grout in the shower. Coffee had been left that looked very old and would not of advised using it. The lighting in the apartment needed some work with kitchen lights flicking intermittently, which was worrying. Was not happy about the security charge and felt it was not relevant for the facilities provided and have stayed in other apartments far more superior that did not ask for this, however it was returned very promptly.

The decor was a bit shabby - dirty carpet stains in bedroom, dust on bathroom tiles. No basics such as washing up liquid. The property is advertised as being suitable for 4 occupants, but there are only two dining chairs so two of us either had to sit at the table on tall bar chairs or eat separately on the lounge chairs.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man braucht. Auch die direkte Wohnungsumgebung ist sehr aufgeräumt. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Leider hatte ausgerechnet unsere Wohnung keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Es war jedoch einfach möglich in der Nähe einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu finden.

Nos solicitaban un depósito desproporcionado, que nos dejaba hacer porque no recibimos los SMS de nuestro banco español. Afortunadamente la chica que nos atendió al teléfono nos lo resolvió. Se podía avisar de esta condición en la reserva y así evitar problemas para todos. Tampoco nos dejaron una plaza de aparcamiento, tal y como habíamos quedado. En una de las baldas de cocina había mucha grasa, y manchas en las alfombras. Además hacía mucho calor.
