There were only 2 dining chairs. The stools are too high and need changing for dining chairs.otherwise a very good property very clean and good furnishings and I would stay here again

Hi arrived at this accommodation and first impression was ok what we had booked so far so good when we put on the lights we saw a big wet patch on sofa which we were later told that it was ok it was only cleaning fluid from the cleaner !! This sofa was extra bed for sleeping two adults!!! My daughter wasn’t very keen so went to use shower only to find no hot water !! This was at 9 pm as we had a late match at The House of Sport down the road !!!! We got her to an other hotel with a useable bed and running hot water !!!! After raising my concerns with the number to contact i was told to find cupboard with the boiler in and put the booster on and then wait for 45 minutes for boiler to heat up !!!! The owner agreed it wasn’t ideal but could send someone to sort it !!! At 10 pm all you want is to have a shower and fall into bed after busy day travelling and watching sport !!!!! The person agreed to give us a refund to compensate for the problems We agreed to be out by 10 am …… However she then backtracked her agreement and we got a refund of a third of the cost after having booked my daughter into suitable accommodation!! and obviously having to find another hotel for ourselves, Overall very disappointed!!!!!!

Very modern interior, and very clean. Very good value for money.

The location and free on road parking were great.

A few niggles cleanliness wise. Didn't like the exposed wiring in the bedroom. Bathroom floor was dirty with quite a bit of mould. Heated towel rail was loose & didn't work. Signs of damp around front door. Lamp on small table didn't work~dead batteries?. Could do with sprucing up.

Very cosy place, great location and plenty of free street parking out the front. A comfortable stay for a young family of four.

Communication wasn’t good. We were sent regular automated instruction emails however no responses to any of our own enquiries prior to our stay, or during our stay (despite being actively encouraged to contact the staff with any questions). There was only one roll of toilet paper, which is no problem if we could find more but we received no reply to our questions on this, or about how to work the free to air tv - which we never got working.
