Cosy, warm, comfortable, en suite and extra bathroom, double glazing, added extras on arrival, games and smart tv. Play Park on site is brilliant.

Fire didn’t work, bedding could have been cleaner, we were at the top of the site which felt a little out the way at times. A positive and negative. Pool was shallow and the expensive.

The cabin itself was generally fine – fairly well equipped and comfortable – but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On arrival it was clear that the cleaning had been done rather superficially. The beds were also quite uncomfortable, which made it harder to rest well. However, a nice touch was the complimentary bread, jam, milk and butter, which we really appreciated. With better attention to hygiene and more comfortable beds, the stay would have been much more pleasant.

Lovely and clean, everything you needed there for your stay. Maybe take some camping chairs as no outdoor furniture. The caravan is great and well located for some beautiful spots in Devon and Cornwall.

"A real home from home, so Comfy!"

Lovely caravan, so comfortable, modern and clean. The owner kindly let us check in a bit early and was very helpful in messages. Welcome pack of bread, milk , butter and jam was a lovely touch as was clean towels for everyone! Lovely location for exploring Devon.

Had to pay extra for the swimming which we hadn't realised and some of the facilties at the park itself were a bit tired with litter.

"Spacious dog friendly caravan, great living area."

3 bedrooms to keep brother and sister separate and happy. Big living area. Dog friendly. Easy access to north Devon. Fully equipped kitchen. Good host.

Would have loved some camping chairs to sit out and enjoy the evening sun. (Not the camping stools that were available).
