We liked everything

We came into the caravan it was spotlessly clean and tidy. We got a welcome hamper which was amazing and the kids loved it.

Can’t complain nothing bad to report

Clean, spacious, cosy, comfortable, well equipped and plenty of parking space.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

It was a lovely caravan very clean, comfortable and close to amenities, Sharon was a great host, and we appreciated the kind touch with bread, milk and orange juice left for us! The caravan was well stocked with everything we needed. I am already thinking about booking another trip! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The caravan was spotless, probably the cleanest caravan that we have stayed in. Although we didn't get chance to use them, the host did leave a welcome package of bread, milk and orange juice. Great touch. The location is near the beginning of the park, so for us was ideal as it was very peaceful (except for our kids).

Had issues with the WiFi, quite expensive o £5.60 a day...we have 2 young kids and the board games was not enough to entertain them.

The caravan was very clean and comfortable and great value for money. It is located just off the main road, so it's a bit of a distance from the main complex, but we were happy with that. We had everything there we needed and were allowed in a little earlier than 3pm which was great. The main facilities are great, it is a small site, but there is everything you need there.

The WiFi was very hit and miss unfortunately, across the whole site. And with there being very little phone signal too, I think this needs looking at.

Perfect Location.Caravan was really comfy and clean.we had a fantastic time with a group of family members.Had everything for a family,the kitchen was fully equipped.A great place to stay.

We stayed here for one night as it was my birthday, the caravan was lovely and clean, but we had no heating or hot water from late that evening it was freezing cold , luckily there was an electric heater in the main area, so me and my 9 year old daughter slept there, while my parent slept in freezing cold room, if we didn't have that electric heater we wouldn't of properly went home. In the morning bearing in mind we had to be out at 11am the owner of the caravan told us to turn the boiler off and on again , this is not acceptable! We did not have any basic facilities and couldn't even have a shower. We should have had our money back really, but all we got was I'm sorry to hear that!
